Kevin Grimes is President of the CA Endevor Global User Community and a Senior Staff Software Engineer at Visa, Inc. Prior to joining Visa in July 2012, Kevin was recognized as one of the leading Endevor Consultants in the United States. For 16 years, Kevin consulted with numerous Fortune 500 clients and government agencies nationwide to implement secure, reliable, and efficient software change management solutions.  

Change can be difficult and scary but complacency is deadly.  

Kevin is a change management expert and he has a passion for leading change and process improvement initiatives. Kevin earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Management from Indiana Wesleyan University and a certificate in Change Leadership from Cornell University.  Kevin is also a graduate student at Golden Gate University working on his MBA degree with a concentration in IT Management.
